By installing or using Lapse (“the Extension”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension. Lapse is provided by oak (“we”, “us”).
Lapse is a free browser extension that replaces your new tab page with a real-time display of your age. It is available for Chrome and Safari.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Extension.
Lapse is free. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or hidden fees.
Lapse stores your birthday and preferences locally on your device. We do not collect, access, or transmit your data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
The Extension is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices or browser versions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.
You may stop using Lapse at any time by removing the Extension from your browser. We may discontinue the Extension at any time without notice.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance.
